since time is relative , how then can we prove universe is 14 Billion Years old?

we are comparing the universe time with respect to our time????

with respect to our time ... Universe is 13 or 14 billion years old?...

We use the year as defined by the time it takes our Earth to make one revolution around our sun as a standard unit of time. You can apply that unit to many time measurements, including the age of a person, the age of a tree, the age of a rock, the age of the Earth, or the age of the universe. Use minutes or decades or even Jupiter years if you want, but most of us use units of years as it is convenient, accurately defined, and easily understood.

There is no proof that the universe is 14 billion years ago. However there are several lines of evidence that point to a similar age, mainly by reference to the oldest stars and by extrapolating back to the Big Bang using a known and constant rate of expansion. When you've got multiple lines of evidence pointing to a similar age it gets hard to argue otherwise (except by religious nutcakes), but its still not proof.

The best estimates for the age of the universe (at least since the Big Bang) are between 12 and 14 billion years. In other words, that's the same amount of time it would have taken for the Earth to revolve around the sun 12 to 14 billion times at its current orbital rate.

Look up "age of universe" in the magic little search box and you will have all the info you need.

The Size of the Universe is 78 Billion Light Years Across (at least)
