i want to run to get in shape/loose fat, how often should i?
for the past week i have been jogging about a mile every day, but im not sure if this is the most effective method to get results, wat should i do?
i would suggest to jog about 1/2 a mile or a mile after every major meal you have during the day. it will loosen the calories. eating well is also a key factor.
