Why is my 96 camaro running rough after replacing heads?
My 3.8 engine is running rough missing real bad. When I let my go the gas the engine cuts off. I just replaced my heads and put it all back together. It will also backfire sometime. Can somebody give me all the possible causes for this problem. I check the rocker arms and lifter and I'm pretty sure the firing order is correct.
The firing order may be correct, but the valve timing is off. That's almost certainly your problem.
