Give arguments to show why the moon must have a rough surface rather than a polished mirrorlike surface.?
The moon has no atmosphere, meaning that objects that fall to its surface remain essentially intact, forming craters. Also, because the moon has no atmosphere to create wind or water, there is no surface erosion. Many craters on the moon were likely formed millions of years ago.
