I'm 41 weeks and 2 days pregnant today and my tummy is mega soft?
Is it something to worry about? Baby is moving but can feel every lump and bump and have no tightenings at all. When he moves it does really hurt me as there seems to be nothing to cushion the blows as my muscles don't seem to be kicking in and doing the job they're supposed to do. This is my second baby and had a natural delivery at 41 weeks with my daughter. Should I worry?? Have an induction booked for 2 days time should I wait or should I call the hospital and see if I can get my induction bought forward??
Thanks peeps for your answers. Have reported rude people!! Have not broken waters and unable to do membrane sweep. Will take advise and maybe call if I'm concern but since baby is moving loads I'm not mega concerned, just wondered why tummy so soft but guess it's cause its my second and I'm stretched. Cheers folks.
Talk to your doctor about stripping your membranes to try to help you along. I would go to L&D to be checked out and explain what is going on. Explain to them your concerns and wonder if they can induce you now. Try walking, nipple stimulation, or even sex if you are up to it to see if you can help your baby along.
