Whats this 6 wired cable (3 white 3 black) thats loose in my computer?
I got a new computer that is having some problems, the first being this loose cable that seems important. It is 6 cables in one connector 3 of which are white and the other 3 are black. What is this cable?
Those cables are Molex (white) and SATA (black) cables. Your Power Supply usually comes with extra ones.
Don't worry, I assure you that if anything was unplugged that needed to be plugged in, you would know (either your hard drive wouldn't turn on at all or your CD/DVD drive wouldn't operate)
