Type of exercise to loose weight?

Hi,

Different people have told me different things about the type of exercise to use to burn weight.

Some say i should do gentle exercise so i can do it for longer e.g. fast walking on a treadmill at an incline

Others say intense exercise for a short time. E.g. running

Also say i am exercising 5 times a week and burning on average 500 calories a time, how long should it take to loose a stone (rough ball park figure)

a Kilo a week if you are burning that much.

You need to work outt what is the best exercise for you.

They do say intense exercise for a short time.

Like fast walking on treadmill for 30 seconds....then rest 30....then fast again 30....etc.

Why don't you look at getting a personal trainer who can best advise you on this.
