Can you use Almay Intense i-Color Eye Shadow for blue eyes to make the smokey eye effect?
If so how and which color do you apply first? i just bought this product and I'm wondering if I can create a smokey eye effect with it

Yes, you can.
Put the lightest shade from your lid to your browbone.
Put the medium shade on just your lid.
Then put the darkest shade in your crease and blend it really well. : )
